I’m Amanda, a Soul Path Trauma Integrator. I specialize in:

• Ancestral Healing: Releasing inherited trauma, shame, scarcity, and pain passed down through generations. You didn't choose this karma—but you can end it. This goes as far back as to your galactic lineage.

How Sessions Work:

1. Discovery Call (15 minutes)

This is to establish rapport and assess the client’s needs.

2. Somatic Work for Inner Safety

I provide a free 6 min somatic inner safety for all clients before our session to help the integration process.

This helps you feel safe and grounded in your body to prepare for deep healing and integration

3. Healing Session (Please leave time in your schedule for 1-2 hours)

This helps address the core issue(s) you are facing and facilitate deep healing.

After the session, we take time to reflect and feel the subtle shifts in their energy. While also offering guidance on how to continue processing the work afterwards during integration.

After our session, I offer a 15-minute integration call that is included after your session to support you in grounding, processing, and anchoring the energetic work we’ve done.

4. Integration & Follow-Up

This ensures lasting healing and offer continued support.

Recommend 4-8 sessions of integration depending on the depth of the work required.

I Provide at-home practices: Recommend daily practices (e.g., somatic exercises, shadow work, breathwork, meditation) to continue healing between sessions.

Homework from the guides or Source: Channel specific assignments or insights from your guides or Source to support you on your healing journey. This can include journaling prompts, breathwork, visualizations, fire ceremonies, energy work, or meditations, journeys, ceremonies that deepen their connection and integration of the healing.

I offer free 15-min emergency calls/check-ins via email or voice messages after our sessions as some emotions may arise during integration.
